Perfect family?

Family- people living together: a group of people living together and functioning as a single household, usually consisting parents and their children. There is no such thing as “perfect family”. If there was a perfect family, it would include parents, a son and daughter. Dad goes to work each day and has nothing to complain about, mom stays home cleaning and cooking 24-7. Kids with high grades are never mad at their parents and are not lazy in cleaning their rooms. A not-so-perfect family makes mistakes, but learns from them and can even laugh at them. They do weird things, and those are the things that last a lifetime. If people don't make mistakes, then later on when they do make mistakes they won't know what to do and how to fix what they have done wrong. I wouldn't like to be in a perfect family because I would feel like I would have to do everything right and would not be able to screw up and make mistakes. In a perfect family, I would feel neglected because perfect people think they can do everything right. They make no mistakes and they always correct you when you're wrong.

My family is not perfect. We argue sometimes but after a couple of minutes, we still talk to each other. My dad is a government employee, so as my mom. My father is strict in a way that he won’t let me do such things like going out with my friends during weekend. My mother’s name is Susan. She took up commerce in University of San Agustin. She is good in cooking. She wants to do a lot of stuff in the kitchen. Just like cooking a new food which has a new name. She’s also an optimistic person. She tends to take a hopeful and positive view of future outcomes. I have a brother. He’s 23 years old and he doesn’t have any job. I don’t know why he doesn’t want to go to work but I know that he likes sketching, drawing and painting. One time, he drew our automobile and I saw it in the backyard. I was impressed by the work that he have done. He took up 3 courses ( architecture, fine arts, nautical) but still haven’t finished any of those. My brother and I fight almost everyday. We have misunderstandings and the person who talks to us is our mom. She gives us pieces of advice.

As I said a while ago, there is no such thing as perfect family। As I ponder on the things that a family could have and could be, I realized that there could be a perfect family in this world. I believe that everyone can be a part of a perfect family. Everyone at one point in their life gets in disagreements with their family but what makes a perfect family is a group of people who can work everything out and move on. A family that not only teaches and learns from one another but listens to each other. If you feel that you and your family listen to one another, support, love and communicate with each other, then you are part of a perfect family. =)

Benny and Jenny

Benny is a boy

And he loves to play with his toy

He has a sister named Jenny

Who keeps on spending her penny

Their father is an American

And their mother is an African

They live in South America

But migrated to Africa

The six-year old boy Benny

Always disturbs his sister Jenny

He says: "wanna play with me?"

She replies: "Just play with your imaginary friend, Bee!"

Benny annoys his sister

Because he is an irksome brother

In school he is always talkative

But sometimes attentive

One day his teacher asked him

About their school's theme

He answered 'GLORY'

The teacher clapped happily

After class he was walking

Holding an umbrella because it's raining

He met his sister Jenny

Who was reading a book on Mythology

They smiled at each other

And walked home together

Jenny realized that Benny is a good boy

So she bought him a new toy

That's the story of the boy Benny

Who changed because of his sister Jenny

Both of them are now happy

Because Benny has been good to Jenny

I GOT THE PICTURE FROM THE INTERNET (YAHOO). =)
